Hi-Loow is a fashion brand based on influences both high and low (hello!). We are a mother daughter duo who wanted to use our background in art and writing to create clothes that emote and tell stories. We aim to add a sense of whimsy, colorful, optimistic creativity to everyday life with clothes that generate happy thoughts.
